Returns Policy

Every care will be taken by NOT JUST A CARD to supply goods that:
  • Are of merchantable quality,
  • Are fit for the purpose described; and
  • Are free from defects and faults
However, if you receive a product from NOT JUST A CARD that is faulty or defective, please be advised that returns must be made within seven (7) days of receiving your order. Returns will only be accepted after agreement with senior staff and freighted through our carrier or at claimant’s expense. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Goods must be in the same condition as when sold; unused, undamaged and in original packaging.

  • We do not offer refunds on change of mind.
  • We are unable to exchange products.
  • We take every effort to ensure we display our products on our online store as accurately as possible. Although it is important to keep in mind that we cannot guarantee that different computer screens will display accurate colours.
  • International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties or other fees levied by the destination country. These cannot be estimated prior to shipping. Any additional import taxes, customs duties or other fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to remove pricing from documents. All full prices will be shown for customs clearance.
